Brian R. Harrow, MD received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He then completed his internship in internal medicine and residency in ophthalmology at the University of Rochester Medical Center/ Flaum Eye Institute in Rochester, NY. Prior to his medical career, Dr. Harrow graduated with distinction from Stanford University, graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, and worked as an intellectual property attorney for several years.

Dr. Harrow and his wife, MariLouise, have one son and two daughters. They are involved with their local church and enjoy the outdoors. Dr. Harrow’s other interests include reading, piano music, theology, and science education.
